  • Tuna, canned in water (drained) – 330 g
  • Spinach, small leaves – 1.5 cups
  • Whole grain bread (toasted) – 8 slices

    For refueling:

  • Lemon juice – 3 tbsp
  • Shallots (finely chopped) – 2.5 tbsp
  • Capers – 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Ground black pepper – 0.5 teaspoon.
  • Dijon mustard – 0.5 teaspoon

  1. In a small bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients and beat lightly with a fork.
  2. Break the fish into small pieces, put in a bowl, add spinach, basil and pour over the dressing, mix well.
  3. Put the salad on four slices of bread, cover with the remaining bread. Serve the sandwiches right away.
