Sandwich with Cheese and Eggs

Sandwiches with tomatoes and parmesan sandwich spread with spices and yolk.
Ingredients
- White bread (toast) – 4 slices
- Whole grain bread – 4 slices
- Hard boiled egg yolk – 1-2 pcs.
- Cherry tomatoes – 1 sprig
- Butter – 100 g
- Parmesan cheese – 200 g
- Vinegar (honey) – to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
- Hot paprika – to taste
- English mustard – to taste
- Oregano – to taste
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Grind the Parmesan in a blender.
- Add the yolk. Grind again.
- Add oil.
- Pour in vinegar.
- Add mustard.
- Pour in hot paprika. Season with salt and pepper.
Beat everything thoroughly again.
- Cut the cherry into thin slices.
- Place a slice of white bread and a slice of whole grain bread together. Cut off the crusts. Fold and cut the rest of the bread as well.
- Spread the cheese mass on whole grain bread.
- Lay out the cherry slices. Sprinkle with oregano.
- Cover the sandwich with a slice of white bread. Then cover with a towel and lightly roll the cheese and egg sandwiches with a rolling pin.
Align the edges. You can cut the sandwiches in half into triangles. - The cheese and egg sandwich is ready.
