Instructions

  1. For the chive mustard butter, it is best to take a small bowl and mix the half-fat margarine with the mustard and chives.
  2. Boil the egg before topping. Cut the egg and cucumber into slices. The two slices of bread can now be coated with the chive mustard butter and topped with the other ingredients.
  3. Depending on your taste, you can also use chicken breast fillet or other cold cuts.
