Instructions

  1. Cut the eggs into eighths, the drained pineapple into pieces, the bananas into slices and the apples into wedges.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, mix mayonnaise with pineapple juice and mustard and spread over the salad.
  3. Let the salad steep and mix again shortly before serving.
