Ingredients
- 6 egg (s), hard-boiled
- 1 small Can / s pineapple
- 2 banana (s)
- 2 apples, red
- 6 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoon pineapple juice
- 2 teaspoons mustard, hotter

- Cut the eggs into eighths, the drained pineapple into pieces, the bananas into slices and the apples into wedges.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl, mix mayonnaise with pineapple juice and mustard and spread over the salad.
- Let the salad steep and mix again shortly before serving.
