Instructions

  1. Cut the onions into very small cubes. Boil the eggs hard and let them cool. Then peel, cut in half and cut into thin strips.
  2. Mix the low-fat quark with the eggs, mustard and onions. Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic, parsley and paprika (depending on taste). If you like it, you can add chilli (I like to make it). Chill until eaten.
