Instructions

  1. Peel eggs. Drain the asparagus and mushrooms, cut everything into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise and mustard until smooth and season with salt and pepper. Add eggs, asparagus and mushrooms, stir in and season again to taste. Garnish with parsley.
