Instructions

  1. The eggs are boiled nice and hard. Then peel and cut into small cubes. Cut the pickles (how many you have to see for yourself, I take 2 medium pickles for 4 eggs) into cubes. Peel the onion and also cut it into cubes. Add Miracle Wip, about 5 large tablespoons and a little mustard. Then add some milk so that the salad is not so thick. You have to try out the quantities yourself. Finally, cut the chives into small pieces and mix in. Or if you prefer parsley, just chop and mix in. Then add salt and pepper to taste. Delicious.
