Instructions

  1. Bring the vinegar / salt water to the boil, crack the eggs and slide them into the water (lost eggs). Remove the eggs with a slotted spoon and place on kitchen paper. Brush the lightly toasted bread with a little butter, place the lost eggs on the toast, place onion rings, salt and pepper on top of the eggs and bake everything with cheese.
