Instructions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients together. Whisk the eggs, quark and water together, add to the dry ingredients and mix well. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Mix the linseed, psyllium husks and sesame together.
  3. Divide the dough into portions of 75 g each, roll in the seed mixture and shape into balls. Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  4. Bake the rolls for 25 - 28 minutes at 180 degrees with hot air on the middle rack in the preheated oven.
  5. With 12 rolls, 1 roll contains 125 kcal.
