Instructions

  1. Beat the egg white until stiff, pour in the sugar and vanilla sugar. Carefully fold in the coconut flakes - also the egg liqueur.
  2. Pour the mixture into a piping bag and squirt thick dots onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Or put piles on paper with 2 spoons.
  3. Bake at 175 degrees for 15 minutes.
