• 40 ml egg liqueur
• 40 ml espresso, (or strong coffee)
• Milk, foamed
• Cocoa powder, (unsweetened)

Instructions

1. Pour the eggnog into a tall, narrow glass. Very slowly add the hot espresso over a spoon. The espresso should mix with the egg liqueur as little as possible!
2. Decorate with milk foam and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
3. Tip: Alternatively, you can replace the espresso with drinking chocolate.
