Instructions

  1. Beat the cream with the cream stiffener. Mix the mascarpone, eggnog, sugar and vanilla sugar well and carefully fold in the cream. Pour the cream into a bowl.
  2. Pour frozen fruit over the top, the juice will run through the cream as it thaws.
  3. Can be prepared a day in advance.
