Instructions

  1. Drain the sour cherries well and place in a bowl. Add 1 kg of quark with a mug of cream, 4 sachets of vanilla sugar and 1 cup of egg liqueur (mixed and stirred until creamy).
  2. Add the rest of the bottle of egg liqueur, then let it steep for 24 hours. Beat the remaining 3 cups of cream until stiff, pour chocolate sprinkles on top.
