Instructions

  1. It is important that the eggnog is cold! Drain the cherries well.
  2. Using the mixer ¾, stir the egg liqueur (a little more or less depending on your taste) with the mascarpone until smooth.
  3. Place the cherries in the bottom of a bowl and spread the mascarpone cream on top. If possible, keep it in the refrigerator overnight, then everything can flow through even better.
  4. It also looks pretty if you serve the dessert for each guest in a glass, for example. B. in a beautiful wine glass etc. and everything is decorated with a cherry on top and a little cocoa powder and maybe a cherry on top of the cream.
  5. Instead of cherries, you can also use fresh strawberries or other berries.
