Instructions

  1. Freeze the container of the ice cream maker for 12 hours. In a mixing bowl or the food processor, stir the egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar until very frothy. Add the cream and egg liqueur.
  2. Put everything in the container of the ice cream maker and let stir for 40 minutes. Transfer to a freezer and let freeze for at least 12 hours before consumption.
