Ingredients
- 6 egg yolks
- 100 g suar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
- 500 ml cream
- 170 ml egg liqueur

- Freeze the container of the ice cream maker for 12 hours. In a mixing bowl or the food processor, stir the egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar until very frothy. Add the cream and egg liqueur.
- Put everything in the container of the ice cream maker and let stir for 40 minutes. Transfer to a freezer and let freeze for at least 12 hours before consumption.
