Instructions

  1. Cut the eggplant lengthways into slices. Spread out the slices, sprinkle with salt and leave to stand for approx. 20 - 30 minutes.
  2. For the garlic sauce, mix the yoghurt, Miracel Whip and pressed garlic, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Dry the aubergine slices on kitchen paper. Fry one after the other in a pan. They can be served lukewarm or cold.
  4. Tip: prepare the garlic sauce a few hours in advance.
