- Cut the eggplant lengthways into slices. Spread out the slices, sprinkle with salt and leave to stand for approx. 20 - 30 minutes.
- For the garlic sauce, mix the yoghurt, Miracel Whip and pressed garlic, season with salt and pepper.
- Dry the aubergine slices on kitchen paper. Fry one after the other in a pan. They can be served lukewarm or cold.
- Tip: prepare the garlic sauce a few hours in advance.
