Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs. Beat the egg yolks with the water and flavor until frothy. Add 65 g sugar and vanilla sugar and beat until a creamy mixture has formed.
  2. Beat the egg whites until stiff. The snow must be so firm that a knife cut is visible. Add the remaining sugar while beating constantly.
  3. Put the egg whites on the egg yolk cream. Mix the flour with cornstarch and sieve on the egg whites. Mix everything together carefully.
  4. Preheat the oven to 195 degrees (hot air: 175 degrees). Place two teaspoons of dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake the cookies on the middle rack for about 10 minutes.
