Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs - wash the leek and cut into thin slices, drain the celery, peel and dice the apple, drain the pineapple (save some of the juice for the marinade). Put everything in a bowl, add Miracel Whip, mustard and a little pineapple juice - stir - season with a little salt, pepper and curry - done!
  2. Tastes immediately, but better the next day. However, the salad should not be served too cold. Tastes great with grilled, cold meat and just with fresh baguette.
