Instructions

  1. Cut the onions into rings. Heat the oil and sauté the onions and garlic in it. Add the chopped leek and celery and fry briefly. Take everything out of the pan and heat some oil again. Fry the meat in it. Add vegetables and spices. Deglaze with water and cook for about 1 hour.
  2. You can also serve sour cream and fresh bread.
