- Peel and finely chop the vegetable onions and garlic cloves. Peel the ginger root and cut into small pieces.
- Heat the olive oil and sweat the onions, ginger and garlic in it.
- Cut the turkey schnitzel into strips and fry them vigorously together with the grated lime zest!
- Season with pepper, salt and oregano and add the finely chopped chilli and tomato!
- Finally stir in the tomatoes. Now turn back the stove and let it simmer for about 5-10 minutes.
- We also serve seasonal vegetables and rice.
