Ingredients

  • 500 g turkey schnitzel
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), yellow
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 piece (s) ginger root, the size a thumb
  • 250 ml tomato (s), sieved
  • 3 sprigs oregano
  • 1 tomato (s)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 large vegetable onion (s)
  • sea salt
  • Pepper, from the mill
  • Lime zest, untreated, grated

Instructions

  1. Peel and finely chop the vegetable onions and garlic cloves. Peel the ginger root and cut into small pieces.
  2. Heat the olive oil and sweat the onions, ginger and garlic in it.
  3. Cut the turkey schnitzel into strips and fry them vigorously together with the grated lime zest!
  4. Season with pepper, salt and oregano and add the finely chopped chilli and tomato!
  5. Finally stir in the tomatoes. Now turn back the stove and let it simmer for about 5-10 minutes.
  6. We also serve seasonal vegetables and rice.
