Ingredients
- 1 kg tomato (s)
- 1 orange (s), untreated, the grated zest and the juice from it
- 1 packet citric acid
- 1 teaspoon ginger, freshly grated
- 500 g preservin suar (2: 1)

- Skin the tomatoes, remove the stems and then puree. This results in approx. 900 g of fruit pulp.
- Add the grated orange peel and the squeezed juice with the grated ginger, the preserving sugar and the citric acid to the fruit pulp and mix well. Bring the whole thing to a boil and cook for about 4 minutes. Skim off the resulting foam.
- Pour hot into prepared jars and close immediately.
