- Peel and fillet the oranges. Catch the juice when filleting and squeeze the remaining pulp again.
- Peel and grate the ginger.
- Let the oranges with the sugar and ginger simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove the pot from the stove, stir in the whiskey and pour into glasses that have been rinsed with hot water. Close the jars immediately and turn them upside down.
