- 50 g iner
- some lemon juice
- 1 kg preserving sugar :

- Cut the bananas into small pieces and puree. Finely grate the ginger. Mix everything with the preserving sugar and a little lemon juice.
- Bring to the boil while stirring. Cook for 4 minutes, fill into glasses and close.
