Ingredients
- 800 g melon (s) (Gallia, Charentais)
- 100 g iner
- 500 g preservin suar, 2: 1
- 1 lemon (s), untreated

- Cut the melon (800g pure pulp!) Into large pieces and grind with a hand blender. Peel the ginger, cut off coarse woody parts, grate on the fine kitchen grater, grate the lemon and squeeze it out.
- Mix everything together with the preserving sugar and bring to the boil while stirring. Let it simmer for at least 4 minutes and immediately pour into twist-off glasses that have been rinsed hot.
- Close the jars and turn them upside down for 5 minutes. Then turn it over and let it cool down.
