Ingredients
- 10 g iner, fresh
- 250 g banana (s)
- 300 g yourt (3.5%)
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 500 ml mineral water

- Peel the ginger and grate finely. Peel the bananas and cut them into large pieces.
- Put the yoghurt, honey, bananas and ginger in a tall mixing bowl and purée finely with the cutting stick.
- Pour mineral water on top and fill into 4 glasses. Serve immediately so that the ginger aroma does not evaporate.
