Ingredients

  • 4 large mandarins
  • 1 piece (s) ginger, 3 cm
  • 1 cup natural yoghurt, 50 g
  • 1 teaspoon forest honey
  • 1 pinch turmeric

Instructions

  1. Halve the mandarins and squeeze them. Peel the ginger and press it through the garlic press. Put all ingredients in a blender and mix well until foamy and immediately fill into 2 glasses.
