- 200 g mano (s) - pulp, chopped up
- 250 ml yogurt, or kefir
- 5 teaspoons sugar, brown
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar, optional
- 150 ml water or milk, more if necessary
- 1 pinch (s) cinnamon powder

- Put the chopped mango pulp in a bowl, puree everything vigorously so that it is almost like juice. Now slowly add the yogurt (or kefir). Now stir in the sugar and add a pinch of cinnamon, possibly also vanilla sugar. If it is still too thick, just add a dash of milk or water.
