Ingredients

  • 200 g mano (s) - pulp, chopped up
  • 250 ml yogurt, or kefir
  • 5 teaspoons sugar, brown
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar, optional
  • 150 ml water or milk, more if necessary
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. Put the chopped mango pulp in a bowl, puree everything vigorously so that it is almost like juice. Now slowly add the yogurt (or kefir). Now stir in the sugar and add a pinch of cinnamon, possibly also vanilla sugar. If it is still too thick, just add a dash of milk or water.
