  1. Put the chopped mango pulp in a bowl, puree everything vigorously so that it is almost like juice. Now slowly add the yogurt (or kefir). Now stir in the sugar and add a pinch of cinnamon, possibly also vanilla sugar. If it is still too thick, just add a dash of milk or water.
