Lassi with Banana and Nutmeg

Lassi is a nutritious and healthy drink from Indian cuisine. Very good thirst quencher on a summer day.

Ingredients
- Banana – 1 pc.
- Natural yogurt (I took “Bifidok”) – 200 g
- Coldwater – 50 g
- Nutmeg – pinch
- Sugar or honey (optional) – to taste
- Ice (optional)
Directions
- Grind the banana in a blender.
- Pour in yogurt, water, add nutmeg.
- Add sugar or honey (liquid). Whisk again.
- Pour lassi into a glass, put ice.
