  • 1 teaspoon, leveled nutmeg, ground
  • 2 teaspoons honey, liquid

Instructions

  1. Carefully heat the milk (preferably whole milk) and then stir in the grated nutmeg and honey. The quantities are variable. That makes a good nightcap.
