Instructions

  1. Peel and fillet the oranges. Catch the juice when filleting and squeeze the remaining pulp again.
  2. Peel and grate the ginger.
  3. Let the oranges with the sugar and ginger simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove the pot from the stove, stir in the whiskey and pour into glasses that have been rinsed with hot water. Close the jars immediately and turn them upside down.
