Instructions

  1. Make a pancake batter from flour, eggs and milk. Dip the elderflower umbels in the batter and immediately place the stems up in the heated butter in the pan.
  2. When the batter has set, cut the stalks with scissors, turn the pancake and finish baking. Sprinkle the pancakes with sugar and cinnamon and leave to taste.
