Instructions

  1. Wash elderberries, drain well and peel off. Peel the pears and cut into small pieces.
  2. Mix everything together and bring to the boil. Let it boil for 5 minutes, make a gelling test, stir in the rum and fill hot jam jars. Close and turn upside down.
