Instructions
Mix the elderberry juice with the plums and walnuts, vanilla sugar and preserving sugar and cook for 4 minutes. Then add the port wine and cook for another 1/2 minute, now immediately fill into twist-off glasses. and 5min. turn it upside down.
I received 13 glasses of 230 ml each.
