- 1 liter juice, (elderberry juice)
- 1 kg plums, pitted
- 200 g walnuts, chopped
- 1 kg preserving sugar, 2 plus
- 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
- 10 cl port wine

- Mix the elderberry juice with the plums and walnuts, vanilla sugar and preserving sugar and cook for 4 minutes. Then add the port wine and cook for another 1/2 minute, now immediately fill into twist-off glasses. and 5min. turn it upside down.
- I received 13 glasses of 230 ml each.
