- 750 g elderberries
- 250 g plum (s), pitted
- 500 g suar

- Chop the plums into small pieces.
- Mix the elderberries with the plums and sprinkle with the sugar. Let it steep overnight.
- Then cook the fruit mixture in a cauldron over medium heat for about 25 minutes while stirring until it is like jam. Fill jars at boiling hot and close them immediately.
