Ingredients
- 3 kg plum (s), red, round, pitted
- 2 sachets vanilla sugar
- g 1,500 preservin suar, 2: 1

- Wash, halve and stone the plums. Puree in a blender or with a hand blender. Heat the mixture in a large saucepan, add the vanilla sugar and preserving sugar. Boil.
- Fill into the jam jars, turn the screwed jars upside down for five minutes, done!
- Possibly place in the refrigerator overnight so that the jam becomes firmer.
