- 100 g desiccated coconut
- 500 g preservin suar (2: 1)
- 2 packs vanilla sugar

- Wash, stone and puree the plums. Then put in a saucepan with all the other ingredients, stir, bring to the boil and let simmer for 3 minutes.
- Pour hot into clean glasses, screw on and turn upside down for 20-30 minutes.
