- 1 apple
- 500 g suar
- 1 sachet Gelfix (2: )
- 1 lemon (s)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

- Wash, stone and chop the plums. Wash, core and cut the apple into small pieces.
- Puree the fruit a little. Mix with sugar, Gelfix, lemon juice and cinnamon. Bring to the boil according to the package instructions, fill into screw-top jars and close.
