- 500 g blackberries
- 500 g plum (s), pitted and finely chopped.
- 500 g apples, peeled and diced.

- Mix the washed fruits with the preserving sugar and leave to stand covered for a few hours or, preferably, overnight. Bring to the boil while stirring and let simmer for at least 4 minutes. Pour hot twist off glasses and turn upside down for 15 minutes.
