Ingredients
- 500 g blackberries
- 500 ml juice (elderflower juice), possibly from syrup
- 500 g preservin suar, 2: 1

- Put the blackberries in a saucepan with the elderflower juice. Puree with the magic wand. Then mix thoroughly with the preserving sugar and bring the whole thing to the boil, stirring constantly.
- Let it simmer for 4 minutes, don`t forget to stir.
- After the successful gelling test, immediately pour the hot jam into the prepared jars and close them tightly.
