Ingredients

  • 1 kg blackberries
  • 500 g preservin suar 1: 2
  • 100 ml Marsala
  • 1 star anise

Instructions

  1. Wash the blackberries. Put the fruits together with the other ingredients in a sufficiently large saucepan and bring to the boil. Puree everything with the blender, then make a gelling test.
  2. Fill into sterilized twist-off jars, close them and turn them upside down for 5 minutes.
  3. If you want to do without the kernels, you can sieve the jam before filling (Flotte Lotte or similar).
