- 600 g strawberries
- 400 g blackberries
- 500 g preservin suar 2: 1

- Wash the strawberries and cut into quarters. Wash the blackberries as well and then simmer with the chopped strawberries over medium heat to a sauce with pieces of fruit. Stir in the preserving sugar and cook for 3 minutes while stirring.
- Pour the jam into jars. Then turn it upside down for five minutes, then turn it over and let it cool down.
