Ingredients
- 850 g blackberries, weihed cleaned
- 150 ml wine (cherry wine)
- 1 kg preserving sugar (: )
- some citric acid, possibly

- First puree the blackberries with the blender. Then add the cherry wine.
- Bring to the boil together with the preserving sugar. Possibly add a little citric acid if there is still no foreseeable gelling effect after 3 minutes and continue to simmer for about 4 minutes.
- Then pour hot into clean glasses.
