Instructions
Wash, stone and chop the plums. Wash, core and cut the apple into small pieces.
Puree the fruit a little. Mix with sugar, Gelfix, lemon juice and cinnamon. Bring to the boil according to the package instructions, fill into screw-top jars and close.
