Ingredients

  • 4 egg (s)
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 125 ml oil
  • 150 ml orange lemonade
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 bag baking powder

For covering:

  • 1 glass plum jam
  • 500 ml whipped cream
  • 3 packs cream stabilizer
  • 3 packs vanilla sugar
  • 600 g sour cream
  • Chocolate decor or chocolate flakes

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients for the dough and bake at 180 C or gas mark 3 for about 25 minutes until golden. Then take it out and let it cool down.
  2. Then distribute the plum jam evenly on the dough.
  3. Mix the whipped cream with the sour cream and the cream stiffener, as well as the vanilla sugar. Then spread this mixture over the plum jam and smooth it out. Garnish with a chocolate garnish or use it to divide individual pieces.
  4. I like the cake best when chilled.
