Instructions

  1. Wash, halve and stone the plums. Puree in a blender or with a hand blender. Heat the mixture in a large saucepan, add the vanilla sugar and preserving sugar. Boil.
  2. Fill into the jam jars, turn the screwed jars upside down for five minutes, done!
  3. Possibly place in the refrigerator overnight so that the jam becomes firmer.
